Step 1 – Maintain Social Distance

Regardless of COVID-19, the foundU onboarding process is designed to be done completely online from any device. We remove the need for you to personally see staff or review any physical documents.

Step 2 – Get New Employees Fast

In such a fluid environment, we have created a simple, five step process that allows you to onboard staff in as little as 10 minutes.

Every step of the onboarding process can be done from a mobile phone and document uploads can be done via the phone’s camera.

Step 3 – Onboard for Multiple Positions

To make it even easier, employers can create multiple onboarding journeys that will be automatically be assigned depending on position. You can create as many customised onboarding processes as you like.

Step 4 – Educate Your Employees

As part of foundU’s partnership with online learning platform GO1, we are offering all customers a free COVID-19 Workplace Ready Course. The course is designed to give both employers and staff the skills and training to adequately respond to the global pandemic.

Step 5 – Customise for COVID-19

The foundU onboarding process is completely customisable and can be tailored to meet your coronavirus policy and procedures.

You can ask new staff to acknowledge health policy and create custom health questionnaires that can include COVID-19 specific questions.

Acceptance of policy and procedure is permanently recorded in the system and new policy updates can be pushed to staff. Anyone that doesn’t accept your updates will be automatically reminded.

Those that don’t take your COVID-19 specific onboarding steps can also be automatically removed from the process.

Step 6 – Build a Flexible Talent Pool

foundU believes in clear and fair pricing. We only charge for employees that have worked that week. We understand that during this time staff numbers may drop, but we want to give you the flexibility to create a staff reserve.

You can onboard as many people as you want without being charged. You can build a talent pool and only deploy staff as needed. When business begins to improve, you can deploy as many staff as you wish while only being charged for those that work.
