Easily update your personal, work and financial details on any device
Whether you’re on your mobile, laptop, tablet or other device, it’s a breeze to login to your foundU Employee Portal. Here you can view and change any of your details, keeping your employer up to date, so you don’t need to worry about missing important messages, offers and most of all, that pay packet!
Using either the Employee Self-Serve App on your mobile, or via a browser on any device, login, and select the Hamburger icon in the top left of the screen to access the menu.
Once you’re in the menu hit 'View Profile' and complete the following security check.
In the Confidential section you’ll be able to view your payslips and update financial information including bank details, additional tax amounts, ATO documents, Superannuation, salary sacrifice and deductions. Here you’ll also be able to update all your personal, contact and address details.
The Details section is where you can apply for leave, view and update your documents, qualifications, personal description and skills, view and accept your employer T&C’s, change your password, passcodes and more.
