Do I need to pay for all candidates on my database?
foundU only charges for active users. This means you only pay for employees that are entitled to be paid (weekly or monthly) and can store as many candidates on your database as you need without increasing your costs.
How can I fill shifts quickly?
Firstly, you can use ‘tags’ to send shift offers to a certain group of employees first. For example, you can create a ‘tag’ to group every candidate who lives in a certain area or employees with the highest attendance records. You can also set a time frame in which they need to accept or decline the shift before you offer it to other employees, ensuring that you meet the client’s needs.
Then, you can use our bulk shift feature to send shift offers to specific, matched, or available candidates. Once all vacancies are filled on a first come, first served basis, the system will automatically withdraw the shift offer so you don't overfill the order.
Can I use the system to communicate with my team?
We have some great features to help with communication throughout your cleaning and facilities services business.
- Announcements are whole of team communications that display on the home screen within the employee app.
- Email or SMS messages can be personalised and include attachments. You can send these to either the whole team or select groups and will see correspondence records stored in each employee’s communication log.
