Do I need to pay for all employees on my database?
foundU only charges for active users. This means you only pay for employees that are entitled to be paid (weekly or monthly) and can store as many candidates on your database as you need without increasing your costs.
Can I add new qualifications, certifications and training records for my employees?
Yes, you can create new compliance records for each employee as needed. You can also specify whether documents require a license number and include an expiration or assessment date. Expiry and document replacement notifications can also be configured to alert specific employees and managers.
How do I split wages across different programs or classes?
Our roster and advanced shift costing features provide detailed wage and on-cost reporting. This enables the precise tracking of program delivery costs. For example, some of our health club customers create separate rosters to differentiate between learn to swim and squad classes.
Rosters can also be set up to track staff hours in administrative roles. There is no limit to the number of rosters or shift cost codes you can create, so you can tailor the system to suit your venue’s needs.
Can I use the system to communicate with my team?
We have some great features to help with team communication throughout your health or recreation clubs.
- Announcements are whole of team communications that display on the home screen within the employee app.
- Email or SMS messages can be personalised and include attachments. You can send these to either the whole team or select groups and will see correspondence records stored in each employee’s communication log.
- Roster and shift notes can be created within the roster feature and displayed to employees as they clock into their shift for the day.
- Electronic documents are a powerful communication method, allowing you to send signable documents to employees. They also record the date of issue and employee signature.
Can I add new sites to the platform?
You can add new venues, departments, clubs, and franchises to our workforce management platform as you acquire them. This can be done without complex configuration - either using central or site-specific rules.
