Do I need to pay for all employees on my database?

foundU only charges for active users. This means you only pay for employees that are entitled to be paid (weekly or monthly) and can store as many candidates on your database as you need without increasing your costs.

Can my healthcare employees have multiple positions?

Yes, you can create multiple positions for each employee via their employee profile. For example, if an employee works in the clinic and completes some shifts offsite, you can create different positions. Each one can be configured with its own pay rate, rules, and allowances. It will then be referenced when you roster your employees and generate their pay slips.

Can I add new qualifications, certifications, and training records for my employees?

Yes, you can create new compliance records for each employee as needed. You can also specify whether documents require a license number and include an expiration or assessment date. Expiry and document replacement notifications can also be configured to alert specific employees and managers.

How does foundU help manage staff leave?
