What is an active user?
An ‘active user’ is any user that works, has a timesheet, a draft payslip or a finalised payslip, or has the right to be paid in any given week. For monthly and fortnightly paid employees, they are determined to have worked all weeks in the pay period by default.
Is there a minimum fee for foundU?
Yes – Our minimum fees are $70/week or $280/month.
Does pricing include support?
It sure does! Email and phone support come as standard with all pricing tiers.
How am I billed?
For Customers on a Weekly Active User Package, you are billed every 4-weeks. Monthly Customers are billed on a monthly basis. However, you can ask us at anytime about pre-paying annually for a discount.
