  • 30 – 49 MAUs = $250
  • 50 – 99 MAUs = $500
  • 100 – 249 MAUs = $1,500
  • 250 – 499 MAUs = $3,000
  • 500 – 999 MAUs = $6,000
  • 1000+ MAUs = $10,000

Why did foundU create a customer referral program?

We're fortunate to have received many customer referrals over the years and are always grateful for the show of support. rewardU has been created as a way to thank and reward the incredible customers that help spread the word about foundU.

Do you have reward programs for partners?

Yes! We have a diverse network of partners and integrations. Head over to our integrations page to find out how to become a partner.

What are rewardU’s terms and conditions?

  • The rewardU program commences from 24.10.24 and only referrals made from this date are eligible.
  • You must be a foundU customer to participate in rewardU.
  • Platform fee credits are calculated and applied at the end of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
  • Platform fee credits are only applied once.
  • Discounts will only be paid on successful referrals, where a successful referral is defined as an organisation who has:
    • Been submitted as a referral via the form on this web page.
    • 30 or more monthly active users.
    • Signed a contract with foundU within six months of the referral being made by the form on this web page.
    • Successfully gone live in the foundU platform.
  • foundU reserves the right to update these terms and conditions and referral program at any time.
