Our story
foundU started in familiar shoes. An Aussie business keen to grow but overwhelmed by the complexities of managing staff. Confused by how difficult it was to pay them correctly and lacking the budget required to implement a solution to help, let alone three of them.
So we took our 30-page physical employee onboarding pack and made it digital. Moved scheduling from spreadsheets to the cloud. Turned hours of phone calls into single clicks of a button and most importantly – we reimagined the way we think about payroll.
After a few meetings with friends, families and colleagues to show them the problems we had solved. It was clear that this little idea had the potential to become Brisbane’s newest tech startup.
The first of its kind
All-in-one. A phrase commonly heard yet rarely delivered. By combining employee onboarding, rostering and payroll within the same system, we created Australia’s first all-in-one workforce management platform. We don’t rely on third parties to deliver our core features. We built it, we own it, and most importantly our team are here to support it.
We’re locals
